All items purchased from Blincblinc.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 II.  BB MEMBERSHIP

1.

Applications are open to aged 18 years and above.

2.

Annual membership fee not applicable.

3.

In the event that BB membership expires or is cancelled (whether the cancellation is made by Blincblinc.com or not), all points will be considered null and void.

4.

Members must check through the said particulars before every transaction to ensure that spending amount is recorded and accumulated. Failure will mean that amounts spent will not be taken into account for point¡¦s calculation.

5.

The BB member is not transferable and is exclusively use for the account holder.

6.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to use and utilise the database information for marketing purposes.

7.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to decline the issuance of or withdraw the BB member at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without notice.

8.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate the programme at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, Blincblinc.com shall give advance notice to members in the manner Blincblinc.com deems appropriate.

9.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to omit, add or amend the BB membership Terms and Conditions with no prior notice. Any new or amended regardless will always override the existing BB membership Terms and Conditions.             

 III. BB MEMBER REFERRAL PROGRAMME

1.

BB member referral programme are open to all existing BB member only.

2.

Referral will gain 10 points upon every single successful of new referee sign up with purchase.

3.

Points will be automatically add-on to BB member¡¦s account with email notification upon success.

4.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to adjust the point tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of an approximately equivalent value without prior notice.

 IV. REDEMPTION PROGRAMME

Every ringgit spent in Blincblinc will be converted to 1 point, minimum redemption points is 300 points

2.

Delivery charges is not included in the points calculation

3.

BB member points earned are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other items except those stated in the BB member points redemption programme.

4.

BB member points earned are non-transferable, sellable or assignable to other persons.

5.

Only valid account holders with sufficient points are eligible for the redemption.

6.

Upon Blincblinc's acceptance of the redemption order, it may not be revoked, cancelled, returned or exchanged.

7.

Redemption is solely for next merchants purchase. Courier charges will not be encountered for point redemption.

8.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to refuse the redemption or recall the redeemed item if Blincblinc.com has any reason to suspect that points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.

9.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to adjust the point¡¦s tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of an approximately equivalent value without prior notice.

10.

Blincblinc.com reserves the right to deduct the balance of a member's points accumulation in the event that:
- any points are suspected of being fraudulently recorded
- any points are recorded in error and
- any points relate to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given.
